Refund policy

As a small, sustainable, and parent-led company, we offer a 7-day window for returns.  Returns will be eligible only if your item does not match the description as per the website or if there is an undisclosed issue with the item. If we don't hear from you within 7 days of receiving your order, we'll assume you are satisfied and you take full responsibility and liability for the product.

We are committed to providing a trustworthy and safe marketplace. That is why we offer a unique policy for all of our buyers: 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in. After we receive your item back and verify your claim, we'll happily refund your payment. 

Please review the following before submitting a return request:

  • We do not accept returns on clearance or final sale item(s) 
  • We do not accept returns on item(s) that have been used or damaged by you
  • Item(s) must be in the original condition they were sent and all original packaging must be included

Once your return request has been received and evaluated, our team will contact you to arrange for the pickup of the item(s).

The evaluation process may take up to 7 days from receipt of the returned item(s) and we reserve the right to make the final decision on all return requests

If you qualify for a refund, our Customer Care team will provide additional information at the time of your refund.

You will be refunded via the original method of payment used or in store credit.

Partial Refunds and Store Credit

There are certain situations where partial refunds or store credit may be granted.

What if I’m Not Eligible for a Return? 

If your item is not eligible for a return or cancellation, not all is lost. You can always relist the item for sale on SecondGear.
