How do I know what condition the item is in?
The condition of each item is listed in the item description: OPEN BOX - item is unused in an open box or bagged. If it was a floor model, the item may have slight scuffs due to handling; EXCELLENT - Item is used, slight scuffs, scratches, fading & wear; GREAT - Item is used, moderate scuffs, scratches, fading & wear; GOOD - Item is used, prominent scuffs, scratches, fading & wear. We also test, clean and photograph each item to ensure it works as expected.
How are the prices of the items determined?
We use a collection of parameters to price items such as the recommended retail price, the condition of the item and what these items retail for in other marketplaces.
How can I pay for the items?
